- Screening for basics – Education, Experience, CTC & Skills (specific skills as identified by Client need)
- Searching & Matching of Profiles from our DB
- Looking-out for short-time joiners (Immediately available, Short-notice period) – convince candidates about Client Brand and emphasise on need to join for future Career prospects
- Panel review (consisting of an Ex-CFO) and detailed screening of profiles
- Working with Hiring Managers on CV shortlisting
- Interview set-up and related Client & Candidate coordination
- Candidate selection & offer process (co-ordinate with HR teams and Candidate)
- Following-up with Candidate until date of joining
- Fee structure is 15% on the all-inclusive CTC (90 days Term, 30 days Credit period)
- 15% of CTC
- 90 days replacement term

Standard Plan
- Understanding Client requirement based on the JD provided and providing feedback if any
- Basic screening – Education, Experience, CTC & Skills
- Search & Match of Profiles from our DB
- Additional screening by an experienced finance professional
- Interview set-up and related Client & Candidate coordination
- Candidate follow-up until date of joining
- Fee structure is 12% on the all-inclusive CTC (60 days Term, 15 days Credit period)
- 12% of CTC
- 60 days replacement term
- 15 days credit period

Basic Plan
- Search & Match of Profiles basis JD provided by Client
- Basic screening for Education, Experience, CTC & Skills
- Interview set-up and related Client & Candidate coordination
- Fee structure is 10% on the all-inclusive CTC (30 days Term, 15 days Credit period)
