Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Oversight
- Supervise daily accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger management
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS)
- Coordinate with auditors, external consultants, and internal teams for audit readiness
- FP&A Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes in coordination with business stakeholders
- Assist in annual budgeting, tracking vs. actuals, and variance analysis
- Prepare management reports (MIS), dashboards, and scenario-based financial models
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making
- Support cost control initiatives and margin improvement plans
Qualifications:
- CA (inter) , B.com , MBA with experience of minimum 7-10 years
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good in Accounting and Compliance
- GST & eTDS Return filing
- Advance Excel
